David Paquet is the head chef and owner of Niagara Gourmet. His
approach to food is to create a magnificent culinary experience
using only the finest and freshest ingredients that are obtained
in season from local Niagara farms. He also has a flair for
presentation ensuring his dishes look as scrumptious as they
taste.
David works with his clients to ensure that the dining experience
exceeds the expectations of clients and guests alike. He also offers considerable wine
knowledge gained through his continuing working relationships with
key figures in
Niagara’s
wine community.
As well as creating fabulous food, David offers more than twenty
years of creative administrative experience in the arts and
culture field - developing, managing and showcasing festivals,
special events, and fundraising galas, as well as producing live
theatre and music performances. Most recently he was the Artistic
Producer of the
2008 Niagara Folk Arts Festival. He is pleased to advise you on all
aspects of your celebration from logistics to décor.

discriminating clientele, the newest advances in food preparation,
and the freshest ideas in presentation.

A Bit of History

2008: Caroline Cellars Winery
chooses Niagara Gourmet as its official onsite wedding
caterer.

2006:
Niagara Gourmet acquires its own commercial kitchen facility
to enable it to continue to meet the demand for its catering
services.

2004: The
company is one of the culinary professionals selected by the
LCBO for its Special Event program in the Golden Horseshoe
area. We continue to participate - time and resources
permitting.

2001 -
2005: The official
onsite caterer at an award winning Niagara winery, Niagara
Gourmet serves up summer BBQs and weekend luncheons on the
vineyard deck and grill.

after opening shop, Niagara Gourmet quickly establishes its
reputation for culinary excellence
